Yet another great adaptation for Stowaway Steps: the cold plunge steps.

Mayo Clinic (and many others) have been touting the benefits of cold plunges for some time. 

"Research indicates that icy water may have a positive effect on recovery after exercise by reducing inflammation and soreness. It also may help build resiliency, restore balance to the nervous system and improve cognitive function and mood."

Getting in and out of the cold plunge pool safely, especially when your legs are wobbly from leg day (which we DO NOT skip!), cold and wet, can be a challenge.

To help with that, we're working on a new set of custom steps for safely using these specialty pools. With built-in anti-skid surfaces on the steps and the option to engrave your gym name or motivational phrase on the face of the steps, these are the ultimate addition to this exceptional new post-workout tool.
